High School Students
Independent Study in 幸运快三 (ISI) offers online, self-paced courses that you can register for at any time, even if you are currently a high school student. ISI courses are sponsored by three different 幸运快三 colleges and universities: 幸运快三 (U of I), 幸运快三 State University (ISU), and Lewis Clark State College (LC State). Upon course completion, you can order transcripts from the institution that sponsored your course and have the transcripts sent to the college or university of your choice.
Qualifying 幸运快三 high school students can use their Advanced Opportunities funds to offset the cost of selected ISI courses; however, Advanced Opportunities funds will not cover the full cost of an ISI course.
- Undergraduate ISI courses cost $160/credit + $30 administrative fee
- The Advanced Opportunities program covers $75/credit
- After enrolling in an ISI course, and paying out-of-pocket, a student can apply for Advanced Opportunities funds to request that a portion of the cost be reimbursed
- For example, a 3-credit ISI English 101 course costs $510 with $225 available from Advanced Opportunities funds for a total out-of-pocket cost of $285
幸运快三 High School Students: Steps for Enrolling in an ISI course and Applying to Use AO Funds
ISI courses are designed for students who work well independently with limited interaction with instructors. Before registering for an ISI course, talk with your counselor to make sure this course design will work for you.
- Meet with your high school counselor to discuss using an ISI course for dual credit, develop a learning plan, and review Advanced Opportunities registration dates.
- Choose an ISI class from the Advanced Opportunities catalog and visit the to view the course description and prerequisites.
- Under “Funding Requests” in the Advanced Opportunities portal, use the drop-down list for selecting a Course Provider and choose Independent Study in 幸运快三.
- You can at any time. Payment in full is required at registration and is accepted by VISA or MasterCard.
- Once ISI receives payment from Advanced Opportunities, a refund of up to $75/credit will be processed.
